TalkMorrow

Terms of Service

Welcome to TalkMorrow. Please read these terms before registering, learning, or buying lifetime access.

Service and contact

TalkMorrow provides digital English-learning features based on real videos, including subtitles, shadowing, lesson notes, flashcards, and progress tracking. For service questions, contact support@talkmorrow.com.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not resell or share your account or use unauthorized automation. Minors should use the service with guardian consent where required by local law.

Lifetime membership

TalkMorrow lifetime membership is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. After payment and order verification, access is linked to the account used at checkout. It continues while TalkMorrow operates the service and the account remains in good standing; “lifetime” does not guarantee that the service or every item of content will exist unchanged forever. The checkout states the applicable price, taxes, and payment methods.

Payments and refunds

Web payments may be handled by Waffo Pancake, PayPal, or Stripe; Apple handles iOS in-app purchases. Receipts, refunds, and payment disputes follow the seller identified at checkout and its applicable rules, without limiting your statutory rights. For duplicate charges, missing access, or a product not as described, email support@talkmorrow.com with your order details. A full refund or payment reversal may revoke the related access.

Content and license

Videos, subtitles, lesson notes, flashcards, interface elements, and branding may belong to TalkMorrow or third-party rights holders. Membership grants a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable learning license, not ownership. Do not bulk-download, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or bypass access controls.

Acceptable use

Do not attack or disrupt the service, upload harmful material, infringe others’ rights, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict abusive accounts when reasonably necessary and will explain where practicable.

Changes and availability

We may adjust features or content for maintenance, security, rights, partner requirements, or product improvements. If a material change substantially affects paid access, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide remedies required by law. Networks and third parties may cause temporary interruptions.

Termination, liability, and updates

You may stop using the service and request account deletion in account settings; deletion may prevent continued use of purchased access. Apple purchase restoration follows Apple’s rules. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control; this does not remove non-waivable consumer rights. We will update the date on this page and give reasonable notice of material changes.
